You will learn how to think and feel systemically. You will cultivate the skill of feeling the field, inquiring into it and trusting it’s support and insights so as to discover the hidden systemics of any given issue.
Throughout the training, you will be supported in various ways to be able to learn, embody, and implement effectively. There will be listening partnerships, a telegram group and alumni support to connect with fellow participants and enrich your learning journey.

Each module builds on the previous one, creating a coherent architecture of understanding and learning. Every week you will be trained to learn, to practice and to implement, to witness more, to be more comfortable with silence and to interpret less.
You will learn the foundational concepts of this work like the family system, inner image of your system, the knowing field, phenomenology and more.
You will learn in depth about the core concepts of family constellation work like the orders of love, three types of conscience, giving and taking, love and loyalty, models of constellations and more.
You will learn more about belonging as well as how to make a genogram for yourself and your clients. And how to use the genogram to facilitate constellations.
This week will take you deeper into the relationship with mother and her lineage. You will learn about the mother-child bond, what interrupts it and how it can be healed.
This week will take you deeper into the relationship with father and his lineage. You will learn more about the father-child bond, what interrupts it and how it can be healed.
You will learn in depth about the different kinds of entanglements that can stop an individual from living and thriving in their life.
You will learn the language of words as well as emotions this week. And how you can use them to facilitate constellations and help your clients.
This module will teach you about couples/partners(current and past) and how to work with marital issues.
This module will teach you about success, money and abundance. And how it is understood in family constellation work and how to work with it as facilitators.
The in-person module will take place from 3rd to 5th Oct 2026, during pitru-paksh, a highly auspicious time for this work.
These three days will offer you in-depth and a highly embodied experience of family constellations and the magic it creates. You will have the opportunity to witness as well as to practice constellations in the group setting.
Family Constellation has transformed the way I view relationships, helping me accept others as they are and understand how ancestral burdens affect us. Sakshi is a excellent teacher covering both theory and practical aspects of the training. There was a framework around which how to facilitate FCs was taught, which was very helpful for people who learn well with structure.
